WELCOME BACK! 2.9.20

2nd September 2020

Dear students/parents

We hope you are all keeping safe and well. 🙂

It has been an extremely uncertain, worrying and confusing time for a lot of people and unfortunately still is in lots of ways! There is still much uncertainty around how things will be going fowards and also, whether restrictions will relax or tighten further in the future? We have to try our very best to remain positive and strong. xx

We have been incredibly moved by your support over this period and we can’t thank you enough! xx

We are delighted that we have been permitted to operate indoors again (with huge restrictions of course) over the last few weeks and we are now in the process of phasing the return of more of our current students indoors. Unfortunately, NOT all students wanting to return have/can be included in this first phase. We are currently introducing less than half our usual students indoors over this next week or so, and hope to be able to invite more students during the month of October?

We have very carefully considered all relevant advice and have a very precise protocol drawn up for indoor training. For the month of September, if you have been included in this first phase of indoor sessions, you will receive an invitation to a designated class. The September timetable is NOT the same as it once was and we appreciate you being able to make your allocated session. Things may change again for October but we will try our best to get a student into a session that works well for everyone!

Following your invitation, you will then be sent instructions on where to find the indoor protocol. This needs read very carefully please and BEFORE attendance. It is imperative please that everyone follows the rules in order for these indoor sessions to continue and for everyone to stay safe!

‘WE’ CAN MINIMISE RISK BUT WITHOUT YOUR COMPLIANCE, OUR EFFORTS ARE WASTED!’

Anyone not following the protocol WILL be turned away or asked to leave.

Many thanks indeed for your support, co-operation and understanding at this time.

We sincerely look forward to seeing you (so long as you follow the rules!!) 🙂

MANY THANKS AGAIN

Tracey and Sir :):)
