Offered to current students only, this is a fast paced Taekwon-Do based cardio class focusing on developing a student’s core strength and stamina. Kicking, punching, core exercises, pad work, partner work, strength and stamina drills. Students work at their own pace to develop their fitness and stamina, particularly useful for competitions and grading’s.
This class is currently held on a Friday evening 7pm till 8pm.
